Textron Leadership Development Program: Marketing & Sales
Program Overview
The Textron Leadership Development Program: Marketing & Sales (LDP:MKTG) is designed to create an accelerated path to Marketing & Sales projects and processes across the Textron enterprise for a select number of high-potential external candidates. This two year program consists of three eight-month rotations at a minimum of two Textron business units.
Program benefits include visibility to high-level enterprise Marketing & Sales leaders, on-the-job and formal training, and exposure to and work experience at multiple business units in different functional areas and industries. Candidates will develop a strong foundation and understanding in marketing analysis and strategy as well as with managing customers. They will also acquire leadership skills, project management experience, and cross-functional process knowledge. Selected individuals will have the opportunity to experience career growth in a challenging environment and establish a network of peers and mentors.

Requirements include: a bachelors degree in marketing or business with an emphasis in Marketing or Sales, a passion for learning and geographic mobility. U.S. Citizenship, permanent resident or political asylee is required for this position due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
