Program Overview

TLP:HRThe Textron Leadership Development Program: Human Resources (LDP:HR) is designed to provide exceptional entry level candidates the opportunity to build core human resource and business acumen skills with a multi-industry Fortune 500 company. This two year program consists of three eight-month rotations with two assignments at Textron business units and one assignment at our Corporate headquarters.

Possible assignments include: labor relations, benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, organizational development, learning and development, and HR generalist.

Program benefits include an accelerated career development program and the opportunity to work across many HR functions. Selected candidates receive experience in multiple business units and industries. In addition, the participants gain exposure to senior HR leadership and networking opportunities.

LDP:HR Target Candidate Profile

Requirements include: a bachelors degree in business or other related field with emphasis in human resources, a passion for learning and geographic mobility. U.S. Citizenship, permanent resident or political asylee is required for this position due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
