Textron Leadership Development Program: Finance

Program Overview

The Textron Leadership Development Program: Finance (LDP:F) position allows you to gain experience and insight into business processes, budgeting, accounting, the development of business analysis and reporting, cross-functional exposure and more. The position serves as a full-time member of a Finance department in both daily activities and special projects related to the Finance function and achieving business objectives.
 
This 2-year rotational program features two 1-year assignments in different business units within Textron, or the Textron Corporate Office. The program accelerates participants' professional development, culminating in placement into one of the company's business units, or Corporate Office. Learn more about Textron's business units, including Cessna Aircraft, Bell Helicopter, Textron Systems and E-Z-GO.
 
This rotational program gives participants on-the-job and formal training, visibility to high-level Finance leaders, and exposure to multiple functional areas. Candidates with a solid finance and/or accounting background and demonstrated leadership ability are encouraged to apply.
